When I try to record a New History (E-Mail Sent) for approx. 500 contacts at a time, I get the following: "The following entry not recognized.."
Then I have 3 options:
1.Go back and replace this entry with another contact
2. Create a new contract record out of this entry
3. Delete this entry
I have been using this version for a few years now and I just started to get this message. I am not sure why I am getting this and which one I should choose?

Hi Marzzie and welcome to the ACT Community Forum.
Without knowing more, it looks like there may be some corrupted data in a field that is keeping the update from working.
You might want to try and run a Check and Repair under database maintenance.
