Hello to everyone in the community and Collaborating Swiftpage

 

After  upgrade a computer from ACT! Premium 2012 to ACT! Premium V16 HotFix 5  (Windows 8.1 Prof 64BIT) when I click on the calendar, the error message will appear:

 

ACT! has encountered an error. Please shutdown the application.

 

Any idea?

Do you use any third-party addons with Act!? If so, try disabling all your addons. And seeing if that makes a difference. If the error doesn't come up, it's likely that a third-party addon is causing it to crash.

 

If the error still comes up, or if you do not use third-party addons, try rebuilding your preferences. You can find information on this in the following knowledgebase article:

With the demo database is the same.   Smiley Sad
