Our company originally purchased the Act! Software outright and then continued to purchase Business Care, which morphed into Act! Premium Subscription in 2016. We are currently upgrading to v20 as its the latest version that will support our other software.
Once this upgrade is done, we wish to cancel the Premium Subscription, but I want to know if Act will continue to work if we do. We don’t work in the cloud, it’s all based in our office and used internally only.
