I have several memo fields where I place my notes on separate lines via Ctrl + Enter in ACT for Windows. When I login into ACT Web and make any changes to the memo, for some reason, the line breaks disappear when viewing the memo field in ACT for Windows but not in ACT Web. I tried Chrome, IE, and Mozilla and they all seem to eliminate line breaks (when viewed from ACT for Windows) when making changes to the memo field. Curious if anyone else encountered this problem and how to prevent this from happening?

Thanks for identifying this issue. I've managed to reproduce this myself. I'll report this a defect and keep your other thread updated when I hear more.
