Weekly Calendar Prints Blank

We have been having issues with printing our weekly calendar. The printout we use is the "Weekly Calendar Plain Letter Full Page".

 

The Setup:

 

  • ACT! premium 2009 with update applied  
  • 1 main database with about 6-7 remote databases
  • The remote databases sync once per week, and a calendar is created for each

 

 

 The problem:

I click on Calendar to view the calendar and then I click on Select Users to choose the user whose calendar I want to print.
I then go to File > Print and select the Weekly Calendar Plain Letter Full Page. If I check the box to enable preview... the preview shows me a blank report and if I click print... it will print a blank report.  Even though the calendar is not blank.  
 
What I have noticed... if this helps... is that when I'm at the print dialogue box and it is showing me my blank preview, I can click the Options button and then the Filter button.  I don't have to change a single setting, just click Ok ... Ok to get back to the print dialogue box and now my preview is correct and the report prints correctly.
 
Can someone help clue me in as to why this is happening??  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
