Gary,

It is no longer a Kudos request MS$ is killing it so time to remove the hard code and setup ACT to refer to the defined Windows default App before 2017.

Really? Just for fun... google "browser popularity 2018". What percentage of people do you guys think use Internet Explorer as a browser anymore? 3.12% ... lol... Or is this a smh... So, you are hard coding a browser that 97% of people DON'T use! There is a great reason that no one uses IE anymore.
