Is there any solution to capture leads from the web & automatically upload ACT.

There a couple of add-ons that do that. Check the add-on on the ACT! web site or check www.actaddons.com.

It can depend on how your web site stores and saves the leads.

Our web site writes a CSV file every day and we use itImport to automatically merge this data into ACT!

Mike,

In regards to your tool,  itImpor, can it be configured to do something like this,

Trade Show leads are imported and put into rotation by region.

Ex. A lead for TX. I goes to Mark... then the next lead is for Kansas.... it is gven to the next person in line for the great plains sales region

The next Texas lead goes to Neil, as he is next in line...

Please let me know if this makes sense, but mostly if itImport can handle this?

The auto setting within a territory could be added if you're willing to pay for the development
