Running v16.1. When accessing the web version, it takes 25-30 seconds to log in. Has anyone seen this issue? I have done some research and it could be a license check issue, but no one had a fix.

THe protexis licensing service will check to see if you license is authentic. If you have a firewall or proxy server not configured for this traffic, the login will slow to a crawl. After that it works normally.

I am not seeing anything in the logs for the firewall. Is there any address to add an exception for?
Also, I installed v17 on a test server with the web product also. We can log in to that in under 10 seconds. Same network and firewall.
