Web Access

We are looking at upgrading to 2011 version, mostly for the web access portion. I have been user ACT! for a while now, and understand the workings of it. How difficult would it be for me to configure the web access porition of it on my own? What type of stuff am I looking at getting into? Would following a KB article help enough?

Any help is appreciated.

Re: Web Access

It really depends on how good you are with setting up an IIS web server.

The ACT! portion isn't hard to setup, but getting the web stuff (port forwarding, security, etc) right isn't something that you'll want to do on your production system for the first time.

Often a good idea to get someone to get the basics working right for you the first time
