We are unable to register act!...(Act! 2011 Premium)

We had already done to  register and all it's ok.

In one times, We have this message : "We are unable to register act. You can continue using act as trial version for 0 days..."

We have done all the KB have said. But nothing.

If we want to try to register by phone or by email, we have any activation code, it's empty. Si it's very stange.

Can you help us?

We have already try another thing to solve the problem:

Uninstall and reinstall: it's not ok

Uninstall all the last updates of windows (as updates of framework, security windows,...): it's not ok

Unactivate firewall, antivirus,...: not ok

All of the KB (as delete registration file, ...): not ok!

 

Can you help us?
