I just upgraded from ACT Premium for WEB 14 (2012) to current (V17) When we click on List View on the Web interface it says "Waiting for Data" and never goes away.
The KB says that it is an _ in the Virtual Directory. Ours is the default APFW, no underscore.
Another user said that they removed some columns and it started to work. I would be into that but when I click on the icon to configure which columns I want to see, it just gives me a blank window. I think it is waiting for the data to be displayed first then will give me the windows of options. So if that is the fix, it is a catch-22.
