Everyone uses the same layout for ACT. When the newest employee starting using ACT he could not see the tabs portion of the layout. I made sure that he had the correct layout file, and looked at editing his layout. There is a dotted line that doesn't include the tabs portion at the bottom of the page. I can;t figure out how to move this line to show the tabs.
Everyone else's views work correctly so I can;t understand why this one doesn;t. I uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing. Any thoughts?

If the tabs are not visible, then the user should be able to "pull" the tabs section up by dragging it with his mouse. If he is unable to do this, then this may be due to a damaged preferences file. He can either rebuild the preferences file or make a modification to it to bring the tabs into view. Below are a couple of Knowledgebase articles that offer solutions to this issue:
