Is there a setting where a notification will come up that asks if you want to save changes when editing contact info - it does for notes but not when editing a contact. We have had issues with windows 7 not saving info unless the save button is hit but want some sort of reminder

We are running ACT! Pemium 2011 v 13.0.401.1 Hot Fix 2
It seems to happen in contact view on fields and history.
The users "report" that it happens in xp but have only been able to verify it on Windows 7

To assist you Sage will likely need more precise information. I suggest you record precisely what is happening to narrow down the problem. I know in my own daily use of ACT! I have got into the habit of clicking the Save Changes button on the tool bar to ensure data is saved on editing or creating new contact records.
