Value cannot be null Act! 2011 SP1 when deleted contact

When we want delete some contact, we have this message "value cannot be null". We must close Act! and then re open.

anyone has an idea? Act! 2011 SP1

Hello db,
When you get the warning message, are there any fields in the contact's record (on the main screen or any fields under the tabs) that have a red exclamation warning next to them? If so, then put some valid data in that field or fields, save the record, then attempt to delete.

Hi db, I've had an issue where duplicating a contact gave that error (fixed with the KB here: http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2598... )

 

If this is occuring when deleting a contact, I'd be inclined to check what the duplicate checking settings are and test some variations of those settings.
