When we want delete some contact, we have this message "value cannot be null". We must close Act! and then re open.
anyone has an idea? Act! 2011 SP1

Hi db, I've had an issue where duplicating a contact gave that error (fixed with the KB here: http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2598... )
If this is occuring when deleting a contact, I'd be inclined to check what the duplicate checking settings are and test some variations of those settings.
