VPN

Hi,

Did you have this type of message when you want to connect a remote database with a vpn?

I opened the 65100 ports

Do you have a solution

Re: VPN

Rémi,

My French isn't that good any more, but I suspect that this ACT! Knowledge Base article describes the problem and possible solutions for the problem you're having - http://tinyurl.com/2cwkq3
The problem can also be if you're trying to connect to the server by machine name... sometimes, on VPN, you need to change this to the IP address

Re: VPN

Hi,

Your advice were very good. Thanks.
But i still have a little problem.
I can reach with any problem the demo data base witch is located on C/....my documents from the remote pc from the main database located on the server.

The good data base is on D and we reach and can open the interface login / password but once i try to open it i can't.
please look at the screen shot below

Thanks a lot again.
