I think something is happening with V19 Premium and the Office 64-bit integration...
scenario...
Windows 10 64Bit
No UAC - No Firewall - No Antivirus
Office 2010 64Bit SP2 Version 14.0.7177.5000

1. Uninstall Act! And Office
2. I installed Office 2016 to 32 Bit - And then re-installed Act! Premium WEB
3. Open ACTDIAG and Delete or Reset the Act! preferences
4. I opened Act! And Outlook - Right click - Run as administrator - both
5. I configured the integration between Act! And Outlook
Now everything works perfect - So did not work properly the integration of Act! Premium V19 with Office 64 Bit.
Best regards.

Hi Juan Carlos,
First, in Outlook, check File>Options>Add-ins. Select 'Disabled Items' from the drop-down at the bottom of the window and click 'Go...'. If the ACT! Outlook AddIn is listed there, highlight it and click 'enable' then 'close'. Change the drop-down to 'COM Add-ins' and click 'Go...'. Ensure the ACT! Outlook AddIn is checked and click 'OK'.
Restart Outlook and look for any notification about add-ins taking time load, and ensure 'always enable this add-in' is selected if prompted for the ACT! Outlook Add-in.
If you still get the same (or similar) error message, run Office Repairs from Control Panel. Highlight Microsoft Office, right-click and and select 'Change'. Then select 'Repair''. Run Quick Repair and test, if the issue persists, run Full Office Repair and then test.
Thanks

Thanks KarlR, When I checked, the Add in is enabled...
Additionally... This happened on a server that does not have Office installed

Juan Carlos,
If the add-in is enabled, does the integration work or are you still having issues (apart from the error message on the server)?
Thanks

Hi, thanks for the follow up.
Not only work bad the integration... I also had undo the Act!-Outlook integration And disable the Act! addin in Outlook.
By now I continue to recommend to my potential customers of Act! V19 to continue installing Office 2010, 2013 or 2016 32Bit
Best regards,

Just a comment that may or may not be relevant.
If you have ACT and Office 32 bit installed and want to move to office 64 bit -
Uninstall ACT
Uninstall Office
Re-boot
Install Office 64 bit
Install ACT V19

I just upgraded to Act Pro v19 today and also upgraded Office 2016 Professional to the 64 bit version and I kept getting the same error that the original poster was having. I followed the instructions and uninstalled both Office and Act then reinstalled as per instructions but kept receiving the same error.
I uninstalled everything for a third time then installed Office then tried to install Act however I now get a error message saying that "The version of Act you are installing is already installed. This installation will stop." Act is not installed on my machine and I have deleted the folder on C Drive for Act and tried to install once again from the download but still the same error...
