V 19 Error Message

V 19 Error Message

I have ver 19.1.63.0, Update 2

 

Everytime I open ACT, and close an alert I get the following message;

 

"Index was outside the bounds of the array"

(see enclosed).

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Know what is causing it?  (I heard it was a known calendar issue)

I followed that known error fix...

 

I had 5 priorities selected (vs. 1).  I lowered to 3 and followed the rest.

 

Still get error when I load up ACT.

Often this can happen due to smart tasks that are stuck in the Pending stage, I'd recommend running the batch file attached at the bottom of this KB article:

 

KB 37961 - Error: "Index was outside the bounds of the array" after opening a database that has been...

 

I'd recommend taking a backup before doing this.
