I have ver 188.8.131.52, Update 2
Everytime I open ACT, and close an alert I get the following message;
"Index was outside the bounds of the array"
Anyone else experiencing this?
Know what is causing it? (I heard it was a known calendar issue)

Often this can happen due to smart tasks that are stuck in the Pending stage, I'd recommend running the batch file attached at the bottom of this KB article:
I'd recommend taking a backup before doing this.
