Is there a way to see call history on the dashboard? I can see call "activity" but these go to history so quickly that I can't get any meaningfull information on how much call volume has been generated by a various sales people in a given week, month, year, etc.
Thanks for any ideas on how best to track call activity and other types of customer contact activity from a managment perspective.

The best that I could come up with is to use the filter button on the activities section of the dashboard. You can choose to show cleared and a date range. Of course that will still include items that have not been cleared in the total.
