I have several remote users that have remote databases that sync to our main server. I work in the main office directly to the server and I have the capability of using the ACT address book and can create contacts from emails and add emails to ACT history. 2 of my remote users can benefit from using this function, but when they go to use it, their Outlook freezes up. Their mail goes thru our exchange server and then thru their provider. I believe one of them uses IMAP. My question is, is there a way for remote database users to utilize this function remotely?
