You need to right click on the Toolbox and click Customize then check off the 2 custom components to add them to the Custom Group.  You can then add them to your layout..  The video shows this, and explains adding them.

I have everything done, but adding the ID/Handler field. Is there anythign special about this? I do not see this in the video.

I had the same issue.

 

To use the  Skype field with an existing number you simply need to enter the following in the skyype field THEN  click on the field and skype will open and make the call

 

callto://+(country code)(area code)(number)
