We currently use Act Premium 2010 ver12. with licence for 2 users, in different office locations(only 1 uses the database currently). We need to add 1-2 more licensed users. However, we want to have access to the database over the internet. Any advice on our options? I know we'll need to purchase more licenses, but do we need to purchase the web version or how do I proceed? Do you recommend a host? We have a small business and not a dedicated server.

Yes, the web version will get you what you need, although you will need a hosting provider. There are some other solutions smaller companies have done (using VPNs), depending on how many people need it over the web, and the type of equipment you do have.
