Users not displayed in Contact List on lookup?

We are running Act 10 (2008) Premium with 7 users.  For some (but not all) of my users, they can see contact records for other Act users when they look up All Contacts, but not when they look up by Last Name.  So performing a lookup on user John Smith by Last Name (Smith) returns nothing, though John Smith appears on the "All Contacts" Contact List with the IsUser icon beside him.  Is there a checkbox somewhere that prevents users from being displayed in a lookup?

Patrick,

Be sure that when the Lookup is selected (ex: Lookup > Last Name field) that the options for 'Include Users' has a check mark in it.  It will be on the same screen where you enter the value for Last Name.

Be sure that when the Lookup is selected (ex: Lookup > Last Name field) that the options for 'Include Users' has a check mark in it.  It will be on the same screen where you enter the value for Last Name.
