Act premium v 18.104.22.168.0 with hotfix 1 update
-Starting in June, user noticed that none of her changes were being saved to history on any account or for any other user, however the changes are visible in Web ACT.
No other user has this problem.

She probably had a filter set to not display her history.

If you mean her changes can be seen in Act! for Web over the web I'd probably just delete her preferences. That can be done from the Tools menu of the actdiag program.
