Use of Multiple Databases effect on Internet Syncronization?

If I am currently using internet syncronization for a single database, is it possible to have a 2nd database that also syncronizes?  If it is impossible, will having a 2nd database locally effect the syncronizing of the primary database.   I have several mailing lists that I use.  I want to keep them separate, because they change often, and will sometimes have duplicate records, and I also want to keep the primary database optimized for searching and our opportunity sales processes.   but   Any suggestions would be much appreciated?

You can reconfigure Internet Sync to use the Network Sync user interface to add multiple databases to the sync service.  Please see the following Knowledgebase article on how to set this up:
