Upgraded to ACT Web Premium 2011 and unable complete a single or mass email merge

We recently upgraded to ACT Web Premium 2011 and are unable complete a single or mass email merge from a template to our contacts. We did the Outlook Act integration and can see the templates only in an .adt format. After you go through the merge process and see the contact(s) being merged in the ACT Premium Document Creation, nothing happens. In our previous version (which was not web based) the emails would appear in the Outbox and you could send the emails from there. Kindly advise
