Hello Billyd1057, Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. The password for a database is optional, so if you did not create one, then leave the password blank when logging in. If you still can't get in, then the username may be incorrect, in which case you can try variations of your name (first last, first name only, etc).
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
