As mentioned on an erlier post you will need to follow https://help.act.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024259034 to fix the database.
1) re-boot you machine as I have seen that after windows updates have been applied this problem happens and then a re-boot fixes it.
2) if it's still the same download SQL Management Studio Express from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=42299 by clicking the download button and then scrolling to the bottom and select the 64bit version
3) install it and then open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and follow the steps in the KB article 360024259034 from above hyperlink to run the query.

Not sure if you have done this already, but could you post a screenshot of your main Actdiag screen (i.e. the one with Server Edition and Server Version on it).
