Trying today July 1st, 2010 as Administator to update from ACT 2010 Prem 12.0.409.0 to 220.127.116.11
It is downloading stops around 88.137 whereas it should end at somewhere 88.190KB. Then it is "updating" and
then I got finally message :
***This patch cannot be applied to a non-compatible regional version of ACT**
Very strange,because the other computer here did it right and I have just the same UK /Europe version installed
on BOTH computers. Also same languages (English) on Windows 7.
What is wrong?

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

I am having the same problem. Installing from Help/updates does not find the update. I'm doing a manual update for the region "Canada" and get the same dialogue box saying "this patch cannot be applied to a non compatible regional version of sage act". Doesn't make sense at all.
Updating from Act 18.104.22.168
Please advise how to work around this. I really would like to install the mobile update.

I eventually got it to work. I was updating with the wrong update file. Can't remember the details, but I think it was a difference between hotfixes or service packs.
