My boss did an update with ACT this morning before I came into the office and now it seems the upgrade from 10 to 10.0.3.182 is working on all computers except two, of course one of those is his primary computer. He simply told me to figure it out & get it fixed...TODAY. (He's a real charmer!) Anyway, I guess if any of you have any idea why the update would work on 3 computers, but not two others, I'd love to know! My ACC isn't available this week.

download the update file from Sage, save it to a shared folder on the server, run it from each workstation.
You may be required to create an ACT! login, follow the prompts.
