What I mean by that image (in the order of each image) is that although the error message is generated, Update 7 is supposedly installed

This is a known bug and is annoying. Only happening on some machines and seems to be something to do with user rights. Some clients keep getting nagged to update even though the patch has been applied.

We also have issues where the ACT 7 update runs but ACT still says Update 6.
Update 7 has been out a while now and these 2 issues need resolving as the number of people affected is considerable.
