Are you using the 0097 as a country code? ACT! displays the country code if you choose. Go to Tools/Preferences. Then on the General tab, there is a check box to display the country code.
There is a way to set the formatting for the country you choose. First, make sure you have a phone number on the My Record (your contact in ACT!). Then click on the button with the dots just to the right of the phone number. There you can choose the proper formatting for your country. Hope that helps, Brenda
