I have Act Premium (2010) for Web on my XP Pro machine and Premium (non-web) on my laptop Win7 machine. I have backed up my data on the XP machine and want to import (Restore) the database on my laptop Win7. Everything zips up OK on the XP machine, but when I back up from thumb drive (or email it for that matter) it will not restore or even open the zip file on the Win7 machine. The Win7 is new. Maybe I don't have all the unzip installed?? What to do?
