We just upgraded a customer to 2013 Premium, now they're getting this error when running reports, went to KB 30555, downloaded 30555.bat, ran it and get the following error:
The SELECT permission was denied on the object 'act_active_database', database 'master', schema 'dbo'
Then we get the expected Prompt of "Type in your database name fromt he list above and press ENTER"
I type in the name, even though it returned no list, and get this error:
The server principal "Adminstrator" is not able to access the database "YADDA" under the current security context, Press any key to continue.
Help, please

Windows XP Machine acting as server; 3 XP machines using ACT Premium 2013.
We are getting this error when we apply 30555 batch file:
Msg18456, Level14, State1, Server ACTSERVER\ACT7, Line1
Login failed for user “ACTSERVER\user
We try kb 33620, but it does not help. Sql express 2008 R2 is installed.
Support [case # 8010011429] recommended creating a new admin account on the server machine, but client's corp prefers not to do that b/c the login has full rights on the server. Any suggestions?
Thanks & have a nice weekend!
