I get with ACT2011 Premium HF5 /Windows7 when trying to back up the Popup
screen from Sage: Unparsable query.
Not somedays before,why. I switch from Iexploerer to Chrome, maybe that ?

If I read this correctly, you are clicking File > Backup... at which point are you getting the message? (clicking 'Backup', selecting a location to save the file, etc...)
Have you tried performing a backup of the demo database (or create a new test database)?
Are you saving the backup to a local or network drive?
