I have not been able to sync since June 1, it is not July 16 and I let the sync run but I keep getting a time out message. I have run the ACT Diagnostics tool to repair database, schema, re-index and I still am getting timed out error message. The data I am trying to sync is critical and nees to be on the server.
If anyone has a idea please let me know. Thanks

Thank you for the help, but I called ACT last week for help.
What happens is after 30 days the database expires.
What I did was I created a remote database from the live server where everyone syncs.
Then I put that remote database on the computer that had sync issues. I was able to sync the remote database that I created.
Now the next step was to login to the database that could not sync.
Then I exported their database to the database that I was able to sync.
Now they login to the new database that can sync which has all of the exported data from the broken database and they sync that info.
