In an effort to ensure everyone is using the correct Opportunity Layout, I deleted one customer layout in addition to the 800x600 layout we never use on the server. I kept the 1024x768 layout along with the current custom layout we're using. Now when I go to Opportunities, it only opens up the 1024x768 layout and does not give me the drop down option on the toolbar to switch to our custom layout. The option for "Previous Layout" is also greyed out under the "View" menu. The custom layout is still there...I can see it and access it by going to Design Layouts, but it won't open from there in the normal view. Can anyone help me get switched back to our custom layout? We're currently using Act Premium via Web v. 16.0.

Does the layout file appear in the database layouts directory?
i.e. ACT Data\Databases\DBname-database files\Layouts\Layoutname.oly

I actually just figured out what I was doing wrong...I just needed to click within the opportunity itself and the layout came right up. It was a "duh" kind of moment.
