Using Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 14.1.108.0 and attempting to synch all activities with Outlook Professional Plus 2010.
When setting synch preferences, in 'Advanced', I am unable to check to select Act the activities I wish to synch with the Outlook calendar. It is defaulting to only synching meetings, not Calls, etc. This error is recent; prior synchronization in December 2015 did include other activities.

I believe that this issue may be related to your computer's display settings. The following article says it's for Google, but it should also apply to Outlook settings. Give it a try: http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28905

When you say that you are unable to check the activities, are you saying that the checkbox is missing? Or are you saying that when you check the desired activities, then click OK, the settings are not retained?

The activities are listed, but I am not able to check them. It is as if that functionality is disabled.
