Unable to set up remote database through Act! Premium via web - Next button is grayed out

- Act! (Web) Version: 22.0.205.0, Update 2

- Internet Explorer 11

- Windows 10 Pro

 

Trying to set up a remote database as outlined in this article: https://help.act.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024422213-How-to-create-a-remote-database-through-Act-Prem...

 

I created a sync set.  I'm able to name my remote database, but the next screen asks me to select a sync set.  No matter which one I select, the "next" button is grayed out.  I'm also unable to select "edit sync set" as that is grayed out as well.  Thoughts?

Use different browser -chrome

 

Refer the below KB:

 

What are the recommended browser settings for using Act! access via web with Internet Explorer?

Select "All Act! contacts" on sync set

 

Try to use a different browser - Chrome
What are the recommended browser settings for using Act! access via web with Google Chrome?

If you still gets the same issue try to login by different admin user on the database

It worked using Chrome instead of IE.  Thank you!
