When we successfully converted our ACT! database from v5 to v11, we had about 90 days worth of cleared activities that existed (~1,000 cleared activities). Now we can't seem to purge them! The "Remove Old Data..." action is NOT removing any cleared activities dated prior to our conversion date of 1/24/09. I've run actdiag.exe and done the "fix known activity data issues", but still no luck.
Any suggestions on getting rid of these old cleared activities is appreciated.
