Unable to relate contacts

- Premium ACT 16

-  shared database

 

I have administration access to our ACT system. And I added a new Contact and hit the relationship tab and clicked Relate Contact. A small box opens up and I am able to Relate the contact to another contact but there is no OK button to save it. 

 

I went to the same process on another User's computer and they had no problem. 

 

Please advise.

Hola Allison, Is This happens on the Installed Windows client OR  on Web Client??

 

if is the WEB client, which browser version are You using?

 

Possible Cause:
 This issue will occur if the DPI (dots per inch) setting for your monitor is set higher than 96 DPI (100%).

Workaround:
 This is a reported issue that is currently under investigation. You can workaround the issue using one of these options:

 

Option 1
 Reduce your display DPI (dots per inch) setting to 96 DPI. More information is in this Knowledgebase article:

Option 2
 On your keyboard, press ALT (+) O to save the related contact. This keyboard shortcut will also work with many screens in Sage ACT! where you would normally click the OK button to save your changes.
