We have 11 computers connected to the the ACT database on our server. Recently I had to rename one of my users profiles and had to reconnect to the database. However every time I attempt to I get the following error message:
The file is in use.
Enter a new name or close the file that's open in another program.
I thought it might have been an issue with that computer, so I attempted to connect to in on another computer that had not connected to the database before and I got the same error message.
Can you assit with this?
