We are unable to open Act premium 2011(Web) and getting below error.
Application was working smoothly previous on window 8 operating system.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

We can't see the error message. You'll have to attach a file with the error message in it.

Give the suggestions in this KB a try. My guess is deleting preferences will fix it.
