Unable to logon to Web Version for One User ONLY (Desktop version works)

Desktop version logon works fine for all users.

 

Web version (logon) works fine for all users (except ONE).

 

This one user works fine with the desktop version.

 

What Am I missing? We are at Act! Premium 20.1

We were able to resolve this issue (once we synced the changes with the server). Smiley Happy
