We just installed a fresh version of ACT - Premium 2011 onto a server running SQL v.8. So far, any installation onto a user computer can not send an email through Outlook using ACT. The only time we can is when using the contact record of the user and sending an email to themselves - that works through Outlook fine.
Error messages include an out of memory error and a locked dbase error (no access).
This is a totally new installation of ACT using Outlook versions already installed on each user computer. Outlook by itself runs fine.
