Unable to connect with current database

Someone could help me


The problem is that the ACT loses communication with my server at least 5 or 6 times a day, and the only way to fix this is to reboot my dedicated server to act


This server has an OS W7 pro and I have 10 users are 7 with the desktop version and 3 with the web version, to which also disconnects all the time.

Urgent as I solve?

Do all users lose connection (web and LAN)?
What version of ACT! -- from help | about?
Is the server dedicated to ACT! only? No -one using it locally
Of course, Win7 can only handle 10 connections max ... so sometimes random network traffic might overload the limit. Would be better to use a real server OS
Have you checked the Windows even logs on the Server for any related error after a crash?
