Unable to communicate with the Server . You may need to log-on to ACT! Premium for the web

I am trying to define fields, but when I click on the define fields menu option, I get the following message:

 

"Unable to communicate with the Server . You may need to log-on to ACT! Premium for the web"

 

I have tried logging on several times and I am using IE.
