I have ACT 2011 Premium Web. One of my users keeps getting this error when she tried to log in. It says to verify username and password. It was working fine last week, and her username and password haven't changed. How do we reset it so she can log on?

The username and password can be verified and reset if needed through the ACT! for Web program on the web server. This will need to be done by an Adminstrator user in the database. See this Knowledgebase article for instructions on managing users:
