- 20 remote databases running Act! Version 188.8.131.52, Update 4
Getting the error in the heading all of the sudden - all of us - with the last successful sync being around 5 pm on the 27th.
None of the remote databases will sync all of the sudden. Act support sent me to the knowledgebase article (spoiler alert: their "fix" did not work). They want all of our users to call in for support, but you know that takes at least an hour of hold time and b.s. - I've already tried this article (link)
Any other suggestions?

Please try this -
Stop the Network sync service and then start the local sync service by opening the database on the server and clicking Tools - Sync - Accept Incoming Syncs
This will tell you if it is a database internal sync error or an error with the Network sync.
