Scan....correct...no problems at all
Changed language and region....nothing happened.
Event log....Act.Google.Sync.Common appears in errors logs

In the Event Viewer, how many events mention Act.Google.Sync or similar around the same time?
Please right click on one of the events and select Copy > Copy Details as Text, then paste it as a reply here so we can see the full event message.

Hi, Thanks for providing the event log.
To narrow down the issue further i would like firstly if you have been able to try with Another Google Account? also can i confirm that you are using an @Gmail.com address and not a private domain.
Would you be able to try with another network even a mobile network would give us a better idea of the issue.

I have tried with multiple gmail accounts....and once also created an exclusive account for this issue...but nothing happened....

I have the same problem with the 19.2 version (19 and 19.1 to).
I had this problem before to, and I give up to. But it should work.
It seems a common thing with ACT! features, at the end we all give up!!!

Hi, It´s me again....
I could not communicate with support....
I have an idea....Could you give me all the file extensions and wich program should run it...?
Perhaps some extension doesn´t have associated with the correct program.
