Unable to View Users (on some PCs)

We have ACT 10 Premium on 4 PC in our office. (We use remote dbase and sync to update each other) 3 Users can see all contacts (including themselves) 1 user -- sees all contacts except us - When you lookup "Jim" (one of our employees) other Jims show but not the employee (Jim does show up under "Users" and thus is in the system)

Therefore - This one user - can not shedule anything for the others in the company (he has full admin permissions - and nothing seems to be "private")

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

In the Lookup Contacts Window you need to ensure that option,  "Include Users" is checked.

In the Lookup Contacts Window you need to ensure that option,  "Include Users" is checked.
